RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the returning of pierced jewellery.

Returns (other than Pierced Jewellery)

You can return your item within 14days after your purchase.

Returns must be unworn, unscratched, undamaged and in original packaging, otherwise a full refund might not be given.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the approved Return Request. Please don't send your item until you have received an email confirmation from us.

The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the case of a return, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

In the case of an exchange, the cost of delivery of the new item will be covered by SilverSerpent
